Decree on the creation of a Licensing Commission en/ru
EN: We, King Charles the First, and the Council of State, guided by the Constitution of Saint Mary Liberty Island, as well as considerations on the economic development of the Island, ruled:
To establish a Licensing Commission that, on our behalf and on our behalf, will issue licenses for various types of economic activities, including the use of natural and marine resources, gaming, banking, financial and other activities, in accordance with international law and the laws of Saint Mary Liberty Island.
The Licensing Commission is entitled to carry out its activities in full, starting from February 01, 2019.
The Licensing Commission may delegate in whole or in part any rights granted to it to any legal entity or individual at its discretion.
Organizations, companies, communities or individuals to whom the granting of any rights will be delegated independently carry out their activities, and bear full responsibility in accordance with the current International Law and the Laws of Saint Mary Liberty Island.
The Saint Mary Liberty Island Licensing Commission, acting in the interests and on behalf of the State of Saint Mary Liberty Island, has the right to independently open bank accounts, maintain standard records and in its activities is fully responsible to the King and the Saint Mary Liberty Island State Council.

Мы, Король Чарльз Первый, и Государственный совет, руководствуясь Конституцией Saint Mary Liberty Island, а также соображениями об экономическом развитии Острова, постановили:
Создать Лицензионную Комиссию, которая от Нашего имени и по Нашему поручению будет осуществлять выдачу лицензий на различные виды экономической деятельности, включая использование природных и морских ресурсов, игровую, банковскую, финансовую и иную деятельность, в соответствии с международным законодательством и законами Saint Mary Liberty Island.
Лицензионная Комиссия вправе осуществлять свою деятельность в полном объеме, начиная с 01 февраля 2019 года.
Лицензионная Комиссия вправе делегировать полностью или частично любые, предоставленные ей права любым юридическим или физическим лицам,на свое усмотрение.
Организации, компании, сообщества либо частные лица, которым будет делегировано предоставление каких-либо прав, самостоятельно осуществляют свою деятельность, и несут всю полноту ответственности в соответствии с действующим Международным Правом и Законами Saint Mary Liberty Island.
Лицензионная Комиссия Saint Mary Liberty Island, действуя в интересах и от имени Государства Saint Mary Liberty Island, вправе самостоятельно открывать счета в банках, вести стандартный учет и в своей деятельности несет полную ответственность перед Королем и Государственным Советом Saint Mary Liberty Island.
